What is your return policy?
- All returns must have an RMA number or your merchandise will not be accepted.
- All returns must be done within 5 days of receipt of merchandise according to the tracking number.
- Defective merchandise will be replaced for the same style or will be credited back into the account.
- Non-defective merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling are not refundable both ways.
*Please allow 1-5 business days to process and ship the order.
*Any substitutions/additions to the order or issues regarding shipping address or payment may cause a delay in shipment.
*If there is a significant amount of out of stock items, we may hold the package until we receive confirmation from customer, unless otherwise requested.
Will I be charged for return shipping?
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances.
How do I make an exchange?
- There are no exchanges. Defective merchandise returned with an RMA number will be replaced for the same item. If the item is no longer available, a credit will be given for the amount in question.
International Order Policy
- Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place an order. We will not be responsible for any of the above duties and fees.
- If the order arrives at your country and the customer refuses to accept the package, we reserve the right to abandon the package and will not be responsible for any refund.
- You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, the option to cancel is not possible.
Currently, we are only shipping through FEDEX. Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote.
